Description

  • Meet and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing integrated account plans.
  • Build deep scientific and clinical expertise on BBP-418 and communicate approved product information to customers.
  • Engage customers in clinically relevant, customer-centric discussions using approved materials.
  • Analyze sales data, business trends, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Own territory business planning and execute key company initiatives.
  • Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and multidisciplinary center staff.
  • Navigate account EMR processes and implement strategies to support product positioning and availability.
  • Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions as needed.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects from Sales Leadership while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in Rare Disease or Neurology markets preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications in highly competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and execute against a plan.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong skills in using remote technology to engage customers.
  • Significant travel is required.
