Description

  • Develop and execute access strategies to improve patient access to BridgeBio products and therapies.
  • Assess access barriers and recommend solutions for provider offices and institutions.
  • Serve as an internal expert on authorization processes and reimbursement requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, provider offices, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to resolve access issues and streamline access pathways.
  • Evaluate, select, onboard, and manage institutional pharmacies to support appropriate patient access.
  • Use data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate access and reimbursement processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize patient support programs, including financial assistance initiatives.
  • Ensure all access and reimbursement activities comply with healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor healthcare policy, market dynamics, and trends that may affect reimbursement and access, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration or Business; master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience.
  • Experience in market access, patient access, or patient services.
  • Cardiology, oncology, or rare disease experience is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel 60%.
