Description

  • Define and own the multi-quarter vision and strategy for a core product area aligned to Brex’s highest-priority company bets.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver the highest-leverage opportunities that create durable customer and business impact.
  • Manage and develop a team of Product Managers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM leaders on complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead strategy for where AI and automation can meaningfully improve the customer experience and product outcomes.
  • Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, prototyping, experimentation, and decision-making.
  • Establish planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks across the portfolio.
  • Define success metrics tied to company-level outcomes and ensure measurable results are delivered.
  • Drive alignment across functions on initiatives that span multiple teams and do not fit a single roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including direct experience managing and developing Product Managers.
  • Experience owning and scaling complex product areas in B2B, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes across a multi-team product portfolio.
  • Ability to set strategy across multiple product surfaces and translate it into executable roadmaps.
  • Technical fluency to engage in architecture and systems tradeoffs with Engineering.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics, designing experiments, and using results to make decisions.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making prioritization tradeoffs with incomplete information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex product problems for executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities such as LLMs, automation systems, or predictive models into products (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, experimentation, and execution (preferred).

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of $280,000 to $350,000.
  • Equity and other forms of compensation may be included as part of the total package.
  • Office-based role with flexibility to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.
  • Opportunity to work in one of the San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, or New York City offices.
