Description

  • Own internal linking, hub-and-spoke site architecture, redirects, canonical tags, URL strategy, schema markup, and crawler accessibility.
  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues, including broken links, 404s, mixed content, hreflang errors, and crawl problems.
  • Conduct ongoing technical audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console, coordinating fixes with development and HubSpot teams.
  • Develop backlink strategies, manage outreach, pursue industry placements, and monitor referring domains and toxic backlinks.
  • Create optimized content briefs, manage the content calendar and prioritization pipeline, and review and publish content.
  • Oversee content refresh cycles and improve AirOps production workflows for scalability.
  • Maintain keyword maps, track competitors, conduct quarterly content gap analyses, and identify long-tail and emerging search opportunities.
  • Manage Ahrefs rank tracking for Share of Voice reporting and maintain GA4 conversion goals for revenue attribution.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in SEO, content operations, or combined digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent SEO tools.
  • Experience using HubSpot CMS to publish and manage blog content and custom modules.
  • Ability to analyze data and make independent prioritization decisions.
  • Experience with Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or equivalent crawl tools preferred.
  • Experience with Clearscope, Surfer SEO, or Frase preferred.
  • Familiarity with AirOps or similar AI content workflow tools preferred.
  • Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders and verify work before publication.
  • Systems-oriented approach and comfort owning a revenue-focused organic channel.
