Description

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, identify issues, implement solutions, and track results.
  • Research keywords and develop content strategies based on search intent, competition, and SERP behavior.
  • Implement on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content optimization.
  • Manage technical SEO, including site speed, schema, structured data, sitemaps, redirects, crawl errors, and indexing.
  • Develop local SEO strategies covering Google Business Profiles, citations, NAP consistency, and location pages.
  • Execute link-building campaigns, including outreach, link audits, and backlink acquisition.
  • Write and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and service pages for rankings and conversions.
  • Use AI tools to improve keyword research, content workflows, keyword clustering, audits, and AI/LLM visibility.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using analytics and SEO platforms.
  • Prepare performance reports, support client communication, and stay current with algorithm updates and SEO trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in traffic growth, rankings, or lead generation.
  • Strong technical SEO skills, including site speed, schema, crawl audits, indexing, and URL structure.
  • Experience with on-page SEO, content structure, meta tags, keyword optimization, and internal linking.
  • Proficiency in local SEO, including Google Business Profiles, citations, location pages, and map rankings.
  • Experience with link-building outreach, link auditing, and quality backlink acquisition.
  • Daily experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for SEO workflows.
  • Ability to write or optimize SEO content for blogs, service pages, and landing pages.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and ability to collaborate with developers.
  • Strong analytical and English communication skills.
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts preferred.
  • Home Services or Healthcare SEO experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, or WordPress development preferred.
  • Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, CRO, or AI/LLM search optimization preferred.

Benefits

  • Up to $3,000 pay.
  • Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Central Time.
  • Two weeks of paid time off plus paid U.S. holidays.
  • Direct client communication and service ownership.
  • Payments are made directly to the worker by the client.
  • Loom-based application process with client review for shortlisted candidates.
