Description

  • Work with content teams, senior management, and external vendors to execute peer-to-peer and broadcast text message programs.
  • Coordinate detailed process steps to launch and adjust SMS campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative assets needed for SMS and MMS campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate A/B testing to improve program performance based on results and client feedback.
  • Monitor SMS campaign performance and ROI, and prepare reports on campaign success.
  • Provide support to managers and deliver copy and sample materials to clients as needed.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience running peer-to-peer texting campaigns.
  • Election-cycle experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn on the job.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Enthusiasm for Democratic politics and causes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.
  • Experience with political CRMs such as NGP VAN and texting platforms such as Scale to Win or Switchboard is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak campaign periods.

  • Salaried position with a competitive salary band of $58,000 to $66,000 annually.
