Description

  • Lead integrated projects for beauty and eCommerce clients from concept through delivery.
  • Oversee high-volume content adaptation across channels while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Use project management and creative software to improve workflows and communication.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain client relationships and serve as the primary contact for project updates and changes.
  • Analyze project performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency.
  • Mandatory experience in the beauty and/or fashion sectors, ideally with eCommerce clients.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and cross-channel strategies.
  • Proficiency with project management and creative software, such as Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
