Description

  • Manage cloud and IT projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
  • Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and SOW deliverables.
  • Manage SOW scope, resolve discrepancies with customers, and drive prioritization decisions.
  • Track schedules, budgets, risks, issues, PSA health, status reporting, and sprint reviews.
  • Create and manage backlogs with clear tickets, acceptance criteria, estimates, and Jira reporting.
  • Build client trust through consistent communication and proactive conversations.
  • Deliver against client business outcomes and identify future opportunities with Delivery teams.
  • Provide timely feedback to project teams and contribute to CPM initiatives and cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing Project Manager role.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Experience applying multiple project management methodologies to optimize client outcomes.
  • Experience with forecasting and budget management, including revenue projections.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to communicate with clients at both business and technical levels.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development, or data engineering.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and technologies (preferred).
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification, or willingness to obtain it within 90 days; Jira or Confluence experience preferred.
