Description

  • Run creative and production processes and drive projects from brief to final delivery.
  • Lead multiple mid- to high-complexity projects across different accounts and time zones.
  • Manage team members and coordinate deliverables ranging from email marketing to website content.
  • Receive new briefs, clarify unclear inputs, and turn them into well-prepared project briefs.
  • Own project scoping, costing, planning, milestone setting, and timeplan development.
  • Identify stakeholders, build communication plans, and run structured client and team kick-off meetings.
  • Coordinate delivery across project participants, partners, creative teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor scope, budget, resource allocation, timelines, utilization, and team output throughout delivery.
  • Manage change control, risk registers, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensure system compliance, and close projects to required standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Experience leading integrated projects across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience with project scoping, costing, planning, risk management, and quality control.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (training provided).
  • Experienced user of project management tools.
  • Familiarity with document sharing platforms such as SharePoint and Dropbox.
  • Relevant degree.
  • Fluency in English and German is non-negotiable.
  • Preferred experience in agency, communication, or production environments.
  • Preferred experience working with global FMCG brands, in multi-market settings, and in international multicultural environments.
  • Basic understanding and genuine interest in AI technologies is an advantage.
