Description

  • Run creative and production processes from initial brief through final delivery.
  • Manage multiple mid- to high-complexity projects across different accounts and time zones.
  • Lead team delivery across deliverables such as email marketing and website content.
  • Receive new briefs, clarify unclear requests, and turn them into well-prepared briefs.
  • Own project scoping, costing, planning, and time planning in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Identify stakeholders, create communication plans, and run client and team kick-off meetings.
  • Set deadlines with partners, challenge unrealistic timelines, and manage workload based on creative processes.
  • Track project progress, prepare stakeholder status reports, and maintain weekly action points.
  • Manage risk registers, mitigate issues, and proactively solve problems throughout delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensure compliance in the project management system, and close out projects to required standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
  • Integrated experience across one or more disciplines including AI/automation, digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print projects.
  • Experience managing projects across different sized accounts and across different time zones.
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and good eye for quality control.
  • Experience with project scoping, costing, planning, and change control processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Impeccable problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Software competency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (Oliver Marketing Gateway); training will be provided for OMG.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate in a highly collaborative, low-ego team environment.
