Description

  • Define and help execute the long-term vision for brand project management and creative operations.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to improve visibility, efficiency, process documentation, and cross-team alignment.
  • Lead process development and optimization across intake, prioritization, execution, and post-mortem.
  • Integrate AI, creative technology, and automation tools to improve creative throughput and ROI.
  • Mentor and train less experienced project managers and producers.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables, and resources for integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Support resourcing strategy using workload analysis and forecasting tools.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute complex 360 campaigns across TVC, OOH, digital, packaging, and experiential channels.
  • Lead internal discovery, status, and review meetings and drive collaborative problem-solving.
  • Track project health, risks, blockers, KPIs, and creative quality to ensure brand standards are met.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of project management experience working with marketing and planning teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience using monday.com project management platform.
  • Proficiency with monday.com and digital asset management systems.
  • Deep understanding of marketing processes across digital, creative, offline, packaging, and e-commerce.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, fast-changing environment, often under pressure.
  • Knowledge of project management and budgeting best practices, including workflow and terminology.
  • Professional and positive demeanor with the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan strategically, and follow through with transparency.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or creative tech tools is preferred.
