Description

  • Run creative and production processes from brief to final delivery.
  • Lead multiple mid- to high-complexity projects across different disciplines and time zones.
  • Manage team output and deliverables across email marketing, website content, and other formats.
  • Follow and implement BTG+ project management and production processes with internal teams and partners.
  • Own project scoping, costing, planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
  • Identify stakeholders, build communication plans, and run client and team kick-off meetings.
  • Coordinate delivery across project participants, creatives, delivery leads, and studio/resource managers.
  • Monitor project progress, manage scope, budget, timelines, resources, and change control.
  • Create risk registers, mitigate issues, and proactively problem-solve during delivery.
  • Track profitability, cost overburn, time logging, and close projects to required standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing projects successfully.
  • Advertising agency background.
  • Experience leading integrated projects across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print/POS.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and focus on quality control.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (training provided).
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and accept feedback.
  • A process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
