Description

  • Own predictable, on-time delivery while balancing speed, quality, and sustainability.
  • Track delivery progress, manage end-to-end initiatives, and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Partner with the Head of Stream, Tech Lead, and Product Managers on priorities, standards, and scope trade-offs.
  • Provide regular visibility to stakeholders on team progress, risks, and delivery decisions.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes to reduce friction, bottlenecks, and cost of change.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, SLA adherence, and stream-level processes.
  • Own deliverable quality across reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Directly manage team members, run 1:1s, own the performance cycle, and set goals.
  • Drive team engagement, psychological safety, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and onboarding.
  • Participate in hiring by defining needs, interviewing candidates, and making recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering delivery management and people leadership.
  • Direct management experience with a software development team in a product or platform environment.
  • Practical project and delivery management expertise with adaptable methodologies.
  • Understanding of team-level resource planning and capacity management.
  • Familiarity with engineering practices, CI/CD, and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to work with data and metrics to improve performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills across product, engineering, and delivery teams.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Ukrainian or Russian proficiency at B2 level.
