Description

  • Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead complex programs involving multiple resources and cross-practice stakeholders.
  • Design and architect complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead the creation of written deliverables, client demos, working sessions, and workshops.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project teams and help resolve issues.
  • Influence internal teams, customers, and senior management to adopt new concepts and approaches.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities, including pre-sales opportunity identification, scoping, and positioning.
  • Provide thought leadership to AHEAD and its customers.
  • Craft innovative, high-impact solutions for complex client programs.
  • Drive scoping, planning, methodology, and advanced analysis for critical projects.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Business process expertise in at least one ServiceNow suite and at least two process areas outside that suite.
  • Strong functional knowledge of at least one ServiceNow suite.
  • Ability to discuss integration requirements between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
  • Strong presentation, communication, project awareness, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Self-starter with recognized expertise in the organization.
  • Ability to travel at least 25%.
  • Experience obtaining and maintaining certifications; early adoption of new certifications preferred.
