Description

  • Lead creative and production projects from brief through final delivery across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and print/POS work.
  • Manage multiple mid- to high-complexity projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Act as the point of contact for new briefs and help shape unclear briefs into well-prepared project scopes.
  • Own project scoping, costing, planning, timelines, milestones, and documentation.
  • Identify stakeholders, build communication plans, and run structured client and team kick-off meetings.
  • Coordinate delivery across project participants, creative teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor scope, budget, resources, utilization, and output while managing change control and profitability.
  • Identify risks and issues, maintain risk registers, and proactively solve problems.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and close out projects to required standards.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality, design, and production expectations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing projects successfully.
  • Advertising agency background required.
  • Experience managing integrated projects across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print/POS.
  • Experience running projects from initial brief to final delivery across different accounts and time zones.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Experience with quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (training provided).
  • English proficiency required.
  • Remote work from Colombia.
