Description

  • Oversee regional project delivery, quality standards, PM processes, documentation, metrics, and compliance.
  • Monitor project progress, utilization, burn rates, margins, profitability, and corrective actions.
  • Lead project setup and delivery, including briefs, budgets, scopes, timelines, approvals, stakeholder engagement, and final presentations.
  • Manage escalations and collaborate with resource managers and other departments to assign briefs and resolve delivery issues.
  • Coach, train, onboard, and support project managers in planning, scoping, processes, and achieving project outcomes.
  • Manage direct reports through regular one-to-ones, performance discussions, development plans, and succession planning.
  • Approve purchase orders, cost estimates, credit notes, supplier invoices, and freelance-related financial documentation within the assigned threshold.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly regional reports on project health, performance, profitability, and business targets.
  • Build the project management community, facilitate knowledge sharing, and improve processes with the Global Head of Project Management.

Requirements

  • Professional English proficiency is required.
  • Proven experience driving multiple complex projects forward.
  • Experience leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency is advantageous.
  • Strong client engagement, relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and filter workflow to maximize productivity.
  • Knowledge of account management and invoicing.
  • Creative ability to generate ideas and contribute to studio output.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Ability to integrate with client-side teams while maintaining high agency service standards.
  • Agency, communications, or production industry experience is preferred; basic understanding and genuine interest in AI technologies is also preferred.
