Description

  • Manage creative and production projects from initial brief through final delivery.
  • Lead multiple mid- to high-complexity projects across different accounts, disciplines, and time zones.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new briefs and help turn unclear briefs into well-prepared project briefs.
  • Own project scoping, costing, planning, and time planning in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Create project plans, define milestones, and staff projects appropriately with delivery and resource teams.
  • Identify stakeholders, build communication plans, and run structured client and team kick-off meetings.
  • Coordinate execution and delivery across project participants, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor scope, budget, timelines, resources, utilization, and team output throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage change control, risk registers, issue mitigation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure final deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing projects successfully.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print projects is preferred.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a team, receiving feedback, and communicating effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively while focusing on client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and OMG; training is provided.
  • Willingness to learn new platforms and work within defined project management processes.
