Description

  • Run creative and production processes from initial brief through final delivery.
  • Manage multiple mid-to-high complexity projects across different accounts and time zones.
  • Lead project planning, including scoping, costing, scheduling, and milestone definition.
  • Serve as the point of contact for new briefs and help turn unclear briefs into well-prepared project briefs.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, partners, creative teams, and delivery teams throughout execution.
  • Prepare and run client and team kick-off meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Track project progress, budgets, resources, timelines, and change control.
  • Identify risks, create risk registers, and proactively resolve issues and setbacks.
  • Monitor team utilization, workload, and output to support delivery quality.
  • Manage client-facing communication and contribute to stakeholder status reporting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing projects successfully.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including confidence in client-facing settings.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience with multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience across one or more of the following disciplines: digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, or print.
  • Experience taking projects from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a quality-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (training provided).
  • Open to feedback, adaptable, process-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
