Description

  • Define project scope, create schedules, and manage projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure staffing and tools are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in manufacturing engineering, operations, design engineering, business lines, and facilities.
  • Lead initiatives across Anduril sites to resolve production issues and support new facilities and production lines.
  • Support deployment and harmonization of Industrial Engineering practices across global sites.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide timely and accurate manufacturing information to support data-driven decisions.
  • Standardize best practices, business procedures, and reporting protocols across teams.
  • Work with digital tools teams to evaluate solutions that improve industrial engineering efficiency.
  • Support capacity planning, facility planning, and product facility move playbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on data analysis, program support, or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to think in terms of numbers and data models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MES, ERP, and PLM systems and how they interface with operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and Airtable is preferred.
