Description

  • Lead integrated projects from initial brief through final delivery across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and print work.
  • Manage multiple mid- to high-complexity projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Own project scoping, costing, planning, scheduling, and milestone creation for assigned briefs.
  • Act as the point of contact for new briefs and help turn unclear requests into well-prepared project briefs.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, partners, and internal teams to support delivery and communication.
  • Build project plans, risk registers, and communication plans to keep work on track and informed.
  • Work closely with creative, delivery, and resource/studio teams to staff projects appropriately.
  • Monitor scope, budget, timelines, resources, and progress throughout execution.
  • Prepare status reports, manage weekly action points, and handle change control for project adjustments.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality, design, production, and compliance requirements while managing profitability and utilization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Experience managing integrated projects across one or more of these areas: Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, and/or Print.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlines at the same time.
  • Impeccable problem-solving skills and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate in a highly collaborative, low-ego team environment.
  • Process-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Software competency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and OMG; training will be provided for OMG (BRANDTECH Marketing Gateway internal approval system).
