Description

  • Develop design concepts and produce artwork from initial idea through final delivery across a wide range of outputs.
  • Work collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation of projects.
  • Create strong conceptual and integrated design solutions for web, ecommerce, social content, digital marketing, and digital/social advertising.
  • Define the look and feel for digital design projects while working within brand guidelines.
  • Implement existing brand guidelines and templates across assigned projects.
  • Present work internally and to clients, and manage workloads to agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a fast-paced, responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands.
  • Keep up to date with current design trends and best practices for ecommerce, social assets, and mobile-first content.
  • Take creative briefs from clients and account teams and own quality across allocated jobs, including client liaison.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an advertising agency or design firm.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital and moving image work from idea through execution.
  • Experience working with FMCG, retail, or health brands.
  • Social and video design experience is preferred.
  • A Visual Arts BS/BA degree is a plus.
  • Strong affinity for layout, typography, and idea generation.
  • Excellent grasp of design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe CC suite applications.
  • Experience with Sketch and associated prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate in a highly collaborative, low-ego team environment.
