Description

  • Manage relationships with banking institutions, including account setup, maintenance, service updates, and issue resolution.
  • Record and reconcile bank activity for cash accounts to ensure alignment with internal financial systems.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and manage liquidity to support operational needs.
  • Optimize cash concentrations and disbursements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct and update cash flow forecasts to reflect changing business conditions.
  • Prepare timely financial reports on treasury activities, including cash positions, forecasts, and variances.
  • Leverage treasury technology and treasury management systems to improve operations.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 5+ years of treasury experience required.
  • Experience at a high-growth FinTech company required.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with experience handling large amounts of data.
  • Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, complex environment.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship or transfer.
  • Remote work within the United States only.
