Description

  • Create the financial operating calendar, team templates, deliverables, and executive presentation preparation cadence.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear strategic narratives for the C-Suite and CFO.
  • Partner with finance leaders across divisions to analyze performance against plan and provide consolidated commentary.
  • Continuously improve and scale financial consolidation, reporting, and forecasting processes and models.
  • Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the business.
  • Synthesize business inputs into a single financial outlook and surface key risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs.
  • Partner on capital allocation and corporate finance planning, including investment evaluation and return assessment.
  • Lead planning, cash flow management, and performance management for the corporate finance function.

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/FP&A, Consulting, or Strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong executive presence.
  • Ability to work seamlessly cross-functionally.
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in understanding operational drivers behind the numbers.
  • Creative problem-solving ability with a focus on improving future processes.
  • Strategic storytelling skills with message discipline and executive-ready narrative development.
  • Action-oriented approach with end-to-end ownership and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in the DoD and/or tech industry.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
