Description

  • Manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle and support Account Executives throughout enterprise deals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer technical needs, systems, and roadblocks and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrate the product suite, including APIs and integration capabilities, through customized product demos.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, including developers, product managers, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share field feedback and help shape the product roadmap.
  • Create sales enablement content and share knowledge to mentor and guide the broader GTM team.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Security, and Professional Services teams as a liaison.
  • Manage complex deals with minimal supervision and support enterprise RFP efforts.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar pre-sales role with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and app-based integrations.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proven track record of managing complex deals with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with and winning large enterprise RFPs.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable executing independently with significant ownership.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to win large deals.
  • Previous experience in FinTech, embedded finance, or payments infrastructure is preferred.
  • Experience selling into or working with gig marketplaces or vertical SaaS platforms is preferred.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity issues and risks is preferred.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C# is preferred.
  • Familiarity with risk, regulatory, and compliance considerations in financial services is preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship or transfer.
  • Remote work location must be within the United States.
