Description

  • Gather and analyse solution requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to support successful implementations.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as system requirements, user guides, and technical manuals.
  • Support user acceptance testing by creating test cases, reviewing results, and helping resolve issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical product-related questions and concerns from stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, system design, and process optimisation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, UML/BPMN, and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with technical and business teams.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and bridge business and technical stakeholders.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Experience with system architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities, technologies, and requirements.
