Description

  • Perform end-to-end manual testing of core platform features, APIs, and integrations.
  • Collaborate on the evolution and implementation of the overall platform test strategy.
  • Investigate and localize issues using devtools, logs, and databases.
  • Manage defects in the bug-tracking system through the full lifecycle.
  • Support the release process.
  • Work with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to identify risks and improve quality early in the lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior and middle QA engineers.
  • Contribute to QA process improvements within the platform team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software testing.
  • Mandatory experience in backend testing and a deep understanding of client-server architecture.
  • Strong experience in web and mobile testing.
  • Solid SQL knowledge, including writing complex queries, joins, and working directly with databases.
  • Experience defining test scope and maintaining test documentation such as Test Plans, Test Cases, and Checklists.
  • Experience contributing to and evolving test strategies, as well as implementing process improvements.
  • Advanced analytical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a scientific approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with developers, architects, and product managers.
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written.
  • Native-level Swedish, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Allure TestOps as a test management system is a plus.
