Description

  • Provide stages 2 and 3 of Discharge Medication Service (DMS) within the Digital Health Services team.
  • Conduct Pharmacy Contraception Service consultations following full training.
  • Contact patients daily by phone while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
  • Provide administrative support for NMS, DMS, PCS, and other business needs.
  • Adhere to legal, ethical, professional, and company requirements.
  • Work effectively in a high-volume environment while meeting individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, operations, and pharmacy teams.
  • Maintain a professional, collaborative, and friendly workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Accredited Accuracy Checking Technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numerate and IT literate, with confidence using systems such as Excel.
  • Experience in pharmacy, either community or online.
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patient-focused customer service approach with a commitment to care and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of DMS stages 2 and 3 is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Must have the right to live in the UK.
  • Successful applicants must undergo a DBS check.
