Description

  • Own the end-to-end gamification strategy within the platform.
  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy with the VP of Product and other stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and product owners.
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives and features based on market research, data, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to align product roadmaps and execution.
  • Discuss API integrations and real-time event processing with engineering leads.
  • Drive product development processes, including ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and release planning.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and identify improvements.
  • Work with data and analytics teams to ensure the rewards system economy remains sustainable.
  • Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience specifically within iGaming platforms, Social Casino, or AAA Video Games.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Background in UX/UI with a strong focus on high-engagement gamification or loyalty interfaces.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
