Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 20-25 mid- to large-size client accounts across a wide range of industries.
  • Consult with clients to develop, maintain, and execute custom content marketing strategies.
  • Present research, statistical analysis, and ROI reporting to demonstrate strategy performance and progress against client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to retain and grow accounts, including selling follow-on strategies and creating statements of work.
  • Coordinate with editorial, design, video, social media, and web integration teams to bring content strategies to life.
  • Oversee multiple initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Build rapport with clients and serve as a trusted account management partner.
  • Support strategies that drive SEO, social engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and delivers strong ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management and/or demonstrated expertise in content marketing and SEO strategy trends.
  • Strong knowledge of content strategy and content optimization UX best practices.
  • Phenomenal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how businesses make decisions and generate revenue.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, web analytics, and social media strategy.
  • Experience in digital marketing consulting and project management.
  • Willingness to attend quarterly meet-ups and travel to visit clients in person as needed.
