Description

  • Execute business development strategies and marketing plans to achieve or exceed business objectives.
  • Manage assigned key accounts through strategic planning, analysis, and account management.
  • Review and interpret market reports to support quarterly and annual goal attainment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, decision makers, and account influencers.
  • Develop account business plans to drive access, contractual, and outcome goals.
  • Identify opportunities and barriers within emerging customer segments.
  • Educate stakeholders, including medical professionals, correctional providers, administrators, and court professionals.
  • Develop systems of care and support criminal justice initiatives involving injectable medications for opioid use disorder.
  • Deliver fair, balanced, and compliant clinical presentations.
  • Support field training, cross-functional collaboration, and continuity of care execution.
  • Represent Braeburn at local and select national conferences.
  • Manage business development expenses and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including 5+ years in sales, sales leadership, or field market access/reimbursement in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or device industries.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or related experience in corrections, the criminal justice system, integrated health systems, or hospitals.
  • Proven sales or field market access performance, supported by market reports and recognition awards in specialty pharmacy markets.
  • Experience navigating complex customer protocols and contracting within integrated health systems, corrections, and other large accounts.
  • Experience with complex distribution models, including Specialty Pharmacy Network Management and Buy & Bill acquisition.
  • In-depth understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments.
  • Proven product launch experience in a highly competitive, complex environment.
  • Experience selling specialty products, particularly physician-administered implantable or injectable medication technologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and identify new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally up to 70-80%.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
