Description

  • Achieve planned Braeburn goals and patient access objectives for the assigned geography.
  • Deliver compliant clinical and access-related information to healthcare professionals and office staff using approved materials.
  • Manage assigned accounts by supporting product access and triaging reimbursement issues.
  • Review and interpret reports, facts, and data to plan and execute territory activities.
  • Build an understanding of the territory, including care delivery, major payers, regulations, industry trends, and reimbursement patterns.
  • Communicate disease state and product information in line with FDA-approved labeling and the REMS program.
  • Engage account personnel before and after sales calls to uncover needs, address concerns, and define next steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Braeburn partners to support account and market needs.
  • Develop ongoing customer dialogue to anticipate changing needs and market challenges.
  • Exercise fiscal control over operational expenses while maintaining compliance with company policies and the code of conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including at least 3 years in sales and/or field market access in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or device industries.
  • Experience in a complex distribution model, including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution.
  • In-depth understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments.
  • Proven sales or field market access performance in Specialty Pharmacy markets, supported by performance reports and recognition awards.
  • Proven product launch experience in a highly complicated and competitive environment.
  • Experience selling specialty products, particularly physician-administered implantable or injectable medication technologies in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work autonomously and identify new business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally, with some territories requiring overnight travel up to 50–70%.
