Description

  • Design and evaluate AI/ML models tailored to BPM use cases such as tax AI bots and Copilot extensions.
  • Prepare, manage, and validate structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation.
  • Build and deploy AI features into BPM systems and workflows using Microsoft and Azure-based tools.
  • Develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across business practices.
  • Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and data governance teams to identify use cases and align solutions with firm goals.
  • Prototype AI solutions quickly, test emerging tools, and recommend best practices for adoption.
  • Apply responsible AI, governance, and quality practices to ensure solutions are accurate, explainable, and compliant.
  • Help shape the processes, tools, and standards for a newly formed AI-focused development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of applied AI experience.
  • Strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI.
  • Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
  • Solid programming skills in Python; SQL experience is also preferred in the broader experience section.
  • Experience building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines.
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices.
  • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, with Azure preferred.
  • Familiarity with frameworks and libraries such as OpenAI SDK, Azure AI SDK, LangChain, and Pandas.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Prior experience in professional services such as accounting or consulting is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts simply.
  • Security-conscious mindset and knowledge of data protection best practices, especially for sensitive or regulated data.
