Description

  • Own the end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Manage a high volume of contracts across digital transformation, cloud, data, and AI engagements while driving deals to efficient close.
  • Partner with Commercial Finance and business stakeholders to analyze contract terms, identify risk, and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Build and scale legal operating infrastructure, including playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and negotiation frameworks.
  • Design and improve legal workflows, intake processes, and reporting for a high-throughput global contracting environment.
  • Support implementation and optimization of CLM systems and AI-enabled legal tools, including smart redlining, document analytics, obligation management, and Salesforce integration.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to automate manual work and improve efficiency across contracting and legal operations.
  • Work directly with the General Counsel on day-to-day legal matters in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with a distributed global legal team to align standards, workflows, and delivery.
  • Provide broader commercial legal support across IP, privacy, employment, vendor matters, litigation, and U.S. regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 4–8 years of commercial contracting experience, ideally including in-house experience in a technology services, consulting, or digital agency environment.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills across technology services agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and closing deals.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on scalable systems, workflow improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with or strong interest in legal operations, including CLM systems, contract automation, and process design.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and legal technology, including contract review, redlining, automation, and legal research.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across a distributed global team and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital, cloud, data, or AI-related agreements, plus exposure to data privacy, litigation management, and IP considerations.

  • $175,000–$215,000 annual salary range.
