Description

  • Dive deep into user feedback and product data to identify key opportunities and customer pain points.
  • Initiate and run user learning and research activities when problems are unclear.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, specification, and prototyping (rapid mock flows, draft requirements, testable prototypes).
  • Partner with product designers to break problems into independent, delightful user experiences.
  • Manage a living agile backlog of high-impact, time-saving features with engineering peers.
  • Evaluate AI vs non-AI feasibility, quality, and risk (accuracy, privacy, security, reliability) in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate go-to-market execution and drive user adoption.
  • Unblock teams and manage progress to keep shipping velocity high while maintaining focus on critical blockers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience with regular customer interaction.
  • Proven adaptability in progress management and ability to keep teams flexible while clarifying critical blockers.
  • Experience wearing multiple hats to unblock teams and accelerate shipping velocity.
  • Demonstrated problem analysis and prioritization methods backed by measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience using AI and rapid-prototyping tools to prototype ideas and speed up iteration (examples: Figma Make, Notion, Zapier/n8n, vibe coding).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead without formal authority.
  • Proficiency in English (required); proficiency in Japanese (highly desired).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Nice-to-have: prior experience with a legaltech provider or legal academic background.
  • Nice-to-have: 1+ years experience in a high-paced startup environment and AI experience involving human-in-the-loop design, evaluation/QA, failure modes, and iteration.
