Description

  • Handle incoming support requests from UK-based merchants and customers across live chat, email, and phone.
  • Deliver fast, empathetic, and clear resolutions while meeting strict response time targets.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to account setup, calendar syncs, and transaction problems using internal tools.
  • Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in Salesforce and other support systems.
  • Maintain high data integrity and clean case records for team members and senior support staff.
  • Identify recurring bugs, payment anomalies, and product improvement opportunities, then escalate them to product teams.
  • Participate in team syncs to improve messaging templates, internal macros, and support playbooks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strengthen team efficiency and resilience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English at C1 level or native level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to tone of voice, UK spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Experience in digital customer support, customer success, helpdesk, or another client-facing role.
  • Experience supporting international or Western markets is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and composure.
  • Ability to quickly learn internal tools, navigate admin panels, and troubleshoot technical issues systematically.
  • Strong sense of ownership and resilience when solving customer problems under pressure or during peak volume.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly communicative, globally distributed team environment.
  • Experience using customer support platforms or metrics tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Zowie, or admin panels is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or digital marketplace scale-up is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the UK hair, beauty, or wellness industry landscape is a plus.
