Description

  • Design and own learning programs, including live virtual sessions, e-learning modules, and process guides.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, generate first drafts, and build personalized learning materials at scale.
  • Administer LinkedIn Learning by managing course assignments, learner tracking, and program reporting.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and continuing education sessions on product knowledge, troubleshooting, customer experience, and soft skills.
  • Measure training effectiveness through post-training assessments, performance data, and learner progress metrics.
  • Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions to close them.
  • Partner with the Knowledge Base Manager to keep internal documentation, SOPs, and training reference materials accurate and current.
  • Collaborate with product experts, operations, and CS leadership to keep training aligned with products, processes, and business priorities.
  • Serve as the go-to learning partner for frontline teams and their managers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • Background in customer success or customer service is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Experience building synchronous and asynchronous learning content, including e-learning modules, video, and knowledge bases.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Learning or a similar LMS.
  • Experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • Experience with video or screen recording tools such as Loom or Camtasia.
  • Experience using AI tools for training development and content creation, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Synthesia.
  • Strong virtual facilitation skills and the ability to give constructive individual feedback.
  • Comfortable using performance data and training metrics to evaluate effectiveness and prioritize work.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple programs and priorities in a dynamic, remote environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry is a strong plus.
