Description

  • Proactively engage customers to reduce churn risk and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Drive customer reactivations through outbound outreach and tailored retention strategies.
  • Support customers at critical points in their journey with proactive and reactive outreach.
  • Conduct satisfaction conversations and address product-related questions.
  • Resolve payment concerns and help remove barriers to continued use.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions for customer needs.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through a consultative, results-driven approach.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in customer success, retention, sales, or a similar relationship-management role.
  • Native or professional fluency in Spanish for supporting bilingual US B2B clients.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zowie.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills for retaining and winning back customers.
  • Ability to build lasting B2B relationships.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 base salary plus quarterly bonus.
