Description

  • Build and deploy product features using the latest AI tools.

  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new solutions.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of commercial experience in Software Engineering or another tech role.
  • Based in Poland with a stable internet connection.
  • A builder mindset and strong curiosity about new ways to use AI.
  • Initial practical experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, and Cursor.
  • Initial understanding of agentic workflows and concepts such as MCP.
  • Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript.
  • A portfolio or case study from an open-source contribution or home project.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Open to a 12-month Early Careers Programme starting in September 2026.
  • No specific diploma is required.
