Description

Run monthly and quarterly close processes, consolidations, and reconciliations.
Prepare accurate investor and board reporting packages covering ARR, NRR, retention, and cash.
Establish quarterly budgets, rolling forecasts, and unit economics analysis across teams.
Monitor plan-versus-actual performance for the full P&L.
Author revenue recognition policies and review deals and contract terms for ASC 606 compliance.
Maintain control evidence and support external audits and SOC 2 readiness.
Define and manage quote-to-cash workflows, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and credit risk.
Partner with Product and GTM on pricing, packaging, and monetization experiments.
Own deal desk guardrails, discount policy, and non-standard deal approvals with cross-functional partners.
Build and improve finance processes using tools across ERP, billing, data, and CRM systems.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in SaaS finance or accounting with end-to-end quote-to-cash and revenue recognition ownership.
Experience building or owning deal desk and sales compensation programs.
Strong process and policy writing skills with the ability to operate effectively across Product and GTM.
CPA preferred but not required.
Demonstrated ability to improve close time, forecasting, and DSO.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
Experience with PLG monetization experiments is preferred.
Familiarity with SOC 2 audit processes and evidence management is preferred.
Hands-on integration experience across ERP, billing, data, and CRM systems is preferred.
A college degree is not required.
U.S. location is not required; the role is remote-friendly.
