Description

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL and data pipelines across multiple platforms.
  • Define and implement best practices for data integration, transformation, quality, security, and governance.
  • Manage data migrations, archival processes, and integrations across systems and databases.
  • Create and maintain advanced dashboards, visualizations, and analytical models to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Implement and configure platform components and new features for new and existing clients.
  • Set up and maintain unified data models across disparate data sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while owning system performance and reliability.
  • Develop automated solutions for recurring issues and support internal tooling and process improvements.
  • Document configurations, workflows, and best practices, and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Management, or a similar field.
  • 3-5+ years in a technical role managing and manipulating large data sets such as ETL, Data Warehousing, Analytics, or Data Science.
  • 6+ years in a client-facing role serving as a point of contact for technical and non-technical users.
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server, ETL/data pipelines, and data engineering in hybrid on-premise/cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience designing and operating data solutions within Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, or Data Engineering workloads.
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming languages for data processing such as Python and SQL scripts.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and advanced dashboard design.
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Java and/or Scala is preferred.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365/Dataverse data integration is preferred.
  • Experience implementing large-scale data pipelines and optimization strategies is preferred.
  • Exposure to business intelligence strategy, metadata management, and advanced analytics techniques is preferred.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives is preferred.
