Description

  • Oversee end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs for 600+ employees, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness offerings.
  • Maintain employee benefits records in ADP, process new hire and qualifying event changes, manage vendor file feeds, and troubleshoot enrollment or portal issues.
  • Manage vendor invoicing, conduct monthly audits, and ensure enrollment and payment accuracy.
  • Administer COBRA benefits and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Lead benefits evaluations, benchmarking, utilization reviews, and cost analyses to recommend program improvements.
  • Support annual renewal planning by reviewing plan performance data and partnering with consultants on recommended plan changes.
  • Monitor vendor performance and participate in renewals and negotiation processes.
  • Own leave of absence, accommodation, time off, life, and disability policy administration in partnership with the leave TPA.
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and consultants on compliance, contracts, funding, filings, reports, audits, and international benefits administration.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for benefits questions, create and present benefits materials, and support employee communications and education.
  • Drive process improvements, support benefits strategy, and provide leadership with data-driven insights, forecasting, and budgeting input.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Benefits Administration, Total Rewards, or People Operations.
  • Experience supporting large employee populations of 500+ and managing multi-jurisdictional benefits programs.
  • Prior involvement in vendor management, renewals, or strategy discussions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid analytical skills, decision-making ability, and sound judgment.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and support leadership with data-driven recommendations.
