Description

  • Own product scope and delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination for software and mobile app projects.
  • Translate client business needs into technical scope and communicate engineering constraints clearly to clients.
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and scope, escalating risks early.
  • Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs.
  • Maintain project documentation, specifications, and status updates.
  • Lead client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours.
  • Manage scope changes and challenge unrealistic timelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development.
  • Agency or consultancy experience managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
  • Experience managing mobile app development projects, including iOS/Android release cycles and app store reviews.
  • C1-level or higher English proficiency for client communication and specification writing.
  • Availability to overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
  • Experience with Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, or equivalent technical project-management tools.
  • Strong direct communication and proactive risk-management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-augmented or agentic development workflows, including their impact on estimation and QA.
  • Technical project management experience is preferred.
