Description

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities.
  • Develop reporting capabilities for the organization, including standardized metrics and recurring reports.
  • Provide data-driven insights through dashboards, scorecards, descriptive analysis, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Track and analyze website performance, clickstream data, and user paths to support decision-making.
  • Support executive stakeholders with strategic analysis and recommendations.
  • Aid in developing data roadmaps for new product launches and evolving business needs.
  • Surface and analyze data to improve customer segmentation.
  • Help create customer engagement reporting and modeling using event-stream data.
  • Collaborate with partner teams on ad hoc analyses and information gathering.

Requirements

  • 2.5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Experience working on business consulting projects.
  • Experience applying strategic problem-solving methods in day-to-day work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries across multiple internal data sources.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, AdWords, Google Search Console, and other front-end analytical platforms.
  • High proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and analysis modules.
  • Ability to apply mathematics and statistical concepts to business problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with varied client groups.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software Engineer - Data Analyst: 2.5 years+.
  • Senior Software Engineer - Data Analyst: 4.5 years+.
