Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain stability, availability, and performance of Information Systems applications and services.
  • Manage BAU activities, support business users, monitor service levels, and resolve operational issues and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Lead strategic and business-critical projects from planning through implementation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while driving accountability and high-performance execution.
  • Partner with internal Information Systems teams, affiliates, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage deliverables, resolve issues, and monitor service performance.
  • Track operational and project deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements through automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Support communication and relationship management across technical and business teams to enable decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, application support, and enterprise systems delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams, project delivery, and operational activities.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and software engineering best practices.
  • Strong SQL and relational database skills, including database design, query optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, plus CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting microservices-based applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • B.Tech. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
  • Experience in the BFSI domain.
  • Cloud certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in .NET and Azure DevOps are preferred.
