Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of web experiences that translate mobile features to the web.
  • Drive technical strategy and define engineering standards and best practices for the web platform.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the team and broader platform.
  • Manage technical debt, improve code quality, and guide architectural evolution.
  • Design, modify, and develop backend services that power web products.
  • Ensure systems scale while improving reliability, performance, and observability.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable scalable, high-quality development.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership.
  • Deep expertise in React, Next.js, or Remix.
  • Strong experience building REST APIs and backend services with Node.js, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
  • Experience with modern build tools, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Preferred experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools.
  • Preferred experience with modern MarTech tools such as Segment, Optimizely, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
