Description

  • Build new microfrontend applications and maintain existing client-rendered React apps embedded in host codebases.
  • Contribute to monorepo architecture, deployment strategies, shared libraries, code reviews, and automated quality checks.
  • Collaborate with Lead and Principal Engineers on frontend architecture and broader technical solutions.
  • Occasionally support SSR and orchestration-layer backend services beyond the primary frontend stack.
  • Meet with business stakeholders to clarify goals, analyze Figma designs, plan work, and define team boundaries.
  • Guide developers, resolve blockers, share expertise, and coach less experienced colleagues.
  • Participate in team rituals, sprint planning, continuous integration, deployments, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Improve performance, code quality, user experience, and maintainability across applications.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience developing high-availability B2C applications.
  • Deep understanding of client-side TypeScript and React development.
  • Experience with React 18, TypeScript, Vite, Rollup, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, CSS Modules, SCSS, and react-router.
  • Experience with pnpm workspaces, Turborepo, Node.js, GitHub, automated testing, linting, and CI workflows.
  • Ability to design and reason about multi-purpose monorepos and make confident architectural decisions.
  • Strong frontend engineering practices, including maintainable code, performance optimization, and resilient user experiences.
  • Experience debugging static and runtime issues across multiple contributing codebases.
  • Experience implementing feature flags, A/B tests, and complex conditional rendering.
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions across engineering teams and coach others.
  • English proficiency at B2 or higher and Polish proficiency at C1 or higher.
  • Experience with Grafana, Faro, Alloy, or Loki (preferred).
  • Experience with vector embedding solutions or agentic AI workflows (preferred).
