Description

  • Own the end-to-end search platform, including retrieval, ranking, recommendations, and matching, to improve engagement, conversion, and marketplace outcomes.
  • Continuously improve product performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and user research.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to define and ship high-impact features.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user intent, segmentation, and behavior to inform search strategy and personalization.
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses such as funnel diagnostics, cohort analysis, and usability studies.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, including do-no-harm metrics, to guide sustainable product improvements.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product direction and differentiation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Design, and Finance to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally on consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Direct experience owning or contributing to search, recommendations, ranking, or related discovery systems.
  • Strong foundation in experimentation, including A/B test design, execution, and interpretation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights, decisions, and product strategy.
  • Ability to partner effectively with technical teams and understand system architecture, tradeoffs, and implementation complexity.
  • Experience defining metrics frameworks and using data to drive prioritization and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to integrate user research and usability insights into product development.
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology related field is preferred.
  • Experience with a subscription-based B2C product is preferred.
  • Experience with products in the jobs or job search space is preferred.
