Description

  • Communicate product strategy and roadmap updates to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate execution across multiple teams, squads, or pods to support product launches and updates.
  • Work with E-Commerce leadership to drive product innovation through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.
  • Prioritize the roadmap based on user pain points, market dynamics, and opportunity sizing.
  • Anticipate architectural tradeoffs and technical risks during planning for new E-commerce features.
  • Define, analyze, and track metrics that measure product success and business impact.
  • Champion the customer voice across the product organization.
  • Manage multiple concurrent experiments and initiatives in a high-velocity shipping environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering on implementation feasibility and instrumentation.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience at an advanced P4 level, independently leading complex project execution.
  • Experience with consumer subscription models, including freemium-to-paid conversion, renewals, winbacks, and retention.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Experience with paywall optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced product sense with customer-first decision-making and deep user understanding.
  • Experience maintaining a prioritized backlog aligned to KPI impact.
  • Advanced proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or FullStory.
  • Ability to build funnels, cohorts, and retention curves, diagnose drop-offs, and quantify opportunity size.
  • Experience defining and maintaining event tracking schemas.
  • Qualitative research experience, including user interviews, usability testing, and session replays.
  • Ability to connect qualitative insights with quantitative signals.
  • Deep understanding of front-end systems and experimentation constraints, including feature flags and architectural tradeoffs.
  • Preferred: experience in the career or job search industry.
  • Preferred: proven results with high-traffic sites and advanced A/B testing.
  • Preferred: fluency with AI tools for research, prototyping, and data synthesis.
  • Preferred: expertise in payment success rate optimization and fraud prevention.
  • Preferred: understanding of subscription and payment regulations and compliance.

  • Starting pay range of $150,000-$195,000 USD, depending on location.
