Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for specialized Zero to One Senior PM, Ecommerce PM, and business roles as needed.
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle from initial outreach through final negotiation.
  • Maintain project milestones and deliverables within the 6-month timeline.
  • Use ATS, AI-sourcing, and CRM tools to support recruiting operations and data-driven insights.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation within internal systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external talent and provide high-touch candidate engagement.
  • Build and sustain warm pipelines for hard-to-fill specialized roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of specialized experience in full-cycle technical or product recruitment.
  • Experience working as an independent consultant or agency partner.
  • Proficiency with ATS, AI-sourcing software, and recruiting metrics tracking.
  • Ability to operate as an independent contractor with your own business entity and equipment/home office.
  • Capacity to manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet strict SLAs for Time-to-Fill and Quality-of-Hire in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Gem, LinkedIn, and Greenhouse (preferred).
  • Industry experience in B2C and B2B subscription models (preferred).
  • Experience in Jobs, Career, EdTech, or HR-Tech industries (preferred).
