Description

  • Drive internal talent acquisition strategies to source, identify, attract, and hire talent across all departments.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings through offer and acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, finalist selection, and offer management.
  • Maintain a centralized requisition log and track candidate flow, requisition status, barriers, and placement close.
  • Ensure requisitions, postings, interviews, and selection processes align with organizational and team requirements.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of career opportunities.
  • Provide counsel and guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection and recruitment decisions.
  • Build and maintain candidate networks and pipelines for current and future opportunities through direct sourcing and evergreen requisitions.
  • Manage temporary agency relationships and evaluate agency referrals.
  • Write, place, and maintain job postings that reflect the company’s culture and opportunities.
  • Contribute to best-practice recruitment and retention strategies that support a diverse and equitable workforce.
  • Participate in team projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred.
  • 3+ years of fast-paced recruiting experience handling a variety of roles across a business.
  • Strong hunting and networking skills.
  • Experience within financial services or the RIA industry is a plus.
  • Experience with recruiting systems; Greenhouse experience is helpful.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute work deliberately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including rapport-building and meaningful conversations.
  • Professional judgment, diplomacy, and the ability to handle sensitive issues objectively.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule with flexibility, in-person meetings, and occasional travel.

  • Base pay range of $80,000 to $90,000 USD.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation through Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
